DAN'S STORY
I’ve spent the last 25 years in Operations of some style or other from large corporate, medium enterprises and small. These predominately leadership roles have given me experience of delivering business excellence and the changes required to continuously improve striving to achieve an aspirational vision.
The breadth of my experience enables me to support business in any sector the only prerequisite is that you have an office or field process that you want to be able to repeat to a high standard, efficiently, with excellent customer feedback.

I founded DeltaD Consulting to focus on smaller businesses to give them the insight and access to knowledge, failures, and successes supporting them to grow and become excellent.
Our subscription service was the idea of our clients and we listened and developed the service.
I ALWAYS WANT TO LEARN
From an early age, I knew I wanted to continue to learn and develop with a focus on continual improvement.
I have been able to satisfy this desire through many roles across Field Operations, Office Operations, Client & Customer Facing, Construction, Engineering, Asset Management, Finance, Regulation, Performance Improvement and Consultancy.
My personal evolution has involved two further degrees whilst working after my first degree in Chemical Engineering, One in Water and Wastewater Technology and then Business Studies with Economics.
Additionally, I have held a number of professional qualifications, Chartered Environmentalist, Charted Manager, Member of a variety of Professional Institutions. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Manager.
More recently I have continued the learning journey becoming an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner and Monday.com Certified Partner.
Given my experience I wanted to give something back so I volunteer as a School Governor and support charities with their Operational Excellence at preferential rates and also free services.
