This subscription exists for one simple reason: our clients asked for it.
Time and again, startups and micro businesses told us they wanted access to operational excellence support – but without the cost, complexity, or commitment of traditional consultancy.
They didn’t want theory.
They didn’t want generic templates.
They wanted practical, curated operational support they could apply immediately.
So we listened.
This subscription brings together DeltaD’s disciplined approach to operational improvement into an accessible, affordable model – designed specifically for growing businesses.
Inside, you’ll find:
- Curated operational tools and frameworks
- Practical guidance on change, structure, and delivery
- Insights shaped by real client challenges
- Support that grows with your business, not ahead of it
This isn’t about doing everything at once.
It’s about being determined in your focus, disciplined in your execution, and dedicated to building a business that runs well.

Automation Is Too Expensive
I heard this last week.
It came right after I suggested a small Monday.com upgrade to streamline a client’s enquiry process using a few simple automations.
This was from a business owner who:
- Spends hours every week chasing the same information
- Asks the same questions to the same people
- Knows the process is broken
- Feels permanently behind
The upgrade?
The cost of a tank of petrol.
So let’s be clear.
It’s not that automation is too expensive.
It’s that the cost is visible, and the waste isn’t.
The Invisible Cost No One Measures
Most business owners can tell you exactly what a software upgrade costs.
Very few can tell you:
- What 3 hours a week of admin actually costs them
- What context switching does to their decision-making
- How much energy is lost chasing instead of leading
- What not following up properly costs in missed opportunities
That waste hides in plain sight.
It doesn’t show up as a line item.
It doesn’t ping your bank account.
But it quietly drains momentum every single week.
Automation Isn’t About Tools. It’s About Discipline.
At DeltaD, we don’t recommend automation because it’s clever.
We recommend it because it creates:
- Disciplined processes that don’t rely on memory
- Determined follow-through without constant chasing
- Dedicated focus on work that actually moves the business forward
Good automation doesn’t replace people.
It respects their time.
The Real Question to Ask
Instead of:
“Is this automation too expensive?”
Try asking:
“How long am I willing to keep paying for inefficiency?”
Because you’re already paying.
Just not in a way you can easily see.
Final Thought
The most expensive systems in your business are rarely the ones you buy.
They’re the ones you tolerate.
If this resonates, it’s probably time to stop absorbing invisible costs—and start designing operations that work as hard as you do.
